Cookie policy
Updated 22 October 2026
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar browser storage can remember settings, support security or measure activity. A technology’s purpose determines whether consent or another applicable exception is relevant; not every cookie has the same requirements.
Our website code
The reviewed public theme scripts do not write cookies, local storage or session storage. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel is included, and no visitor tracking is planned for launch. The enquiry rate limit is held on the server, not in a browser cookie.
WordPress can use cookies for signed-in administration. Hosting, security tools and plugins added at deployment may introduce further storage. Their names, purposes, providers and durations must be checked on the final website.
Embedded booking calendar
The contact page includes a calendar supplied by Cal.com. On desktop it is displayed inline; on mobile a button opens the booking page. On an initially mobile-sized page, the embedded calendar is not loaded; Cal.com opens when you select the booking link. On desktop, the calendar connects your browser to an external service before you submit a booking. Cal.com’s published policy applicable in October 2026 describes application cookies for login, preferences and security, and states that the application does not use third-party advertising cookies. It distinguishes these from analytics and advertising cookies on its own marketing website. This is provider documentation, not a measurement of cookies in our booking calendar. The published policy does not give a complete cookie-name and expiry inventory for this particular embed.
See Cal.com’s privacy and cookie information and its October 2026 policy. You may use our email or phone instead of making a calendar booking. The current embed loads automatically; any non-exempt technologies identified by the live audit must be blocked until valid consent is obtained.
Your choices
You can inspect, remove or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking storage may affect the booking calendar or signed-in functions. Deleting browser storage does not cancel a meeting or erase booking details held by the scheduling service.
If optional technologies requiring consent are introduced, the website must provide a clear choice before they load and a way to withdraw that choice. A full consent mechanism and live cookie inventory have not yet been verified.
