What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this information, enquiry and meeting-booking website. Please read them before using the site. Paid services are subject to a separate written project agreement; these website terms do not replace that agreement.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry or booking an introductory call does not place an order for paid services or commit either party to a project. Please provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorised to share. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive customer records through the enquiry form.

Appointments are subject to the availability and confirmation shown in the booking calendar. If you need to change a booking, use the options in your confirmation or contact us. No payment is collected by the website enquiry form.

Project agreements

Before paid work begins, the project agreement should identify the parties and set out deliverables, fees, any VAT, payment dates, timescales, client responsibilities, approvals, revisions and change requests. It should also address intellectual property, third-party charges, confidentiality, data processing, support and termination where relevant.

Any cancellation, refund or renewal terms for paid services must be provided with that agreement. This page does not impose a blanket non-refundable policy. Mandatory consumer protections apply where relevant.

Website information and results

Service descriptions are general information. We aim to keep them accurate, but the agreed proposal determines what is included in your project. We may update the site as our services change.

Search rankings, advertising performance, leads, revenue and marketplace approval depend on factors outside our control. The website makes no guarantee of a particular commercial result. References to Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, eBay, Shopify or other providers do not imply official partnership or endorsement.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may browse and share links to this site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with other users or submit fraudulent or abusive content.

Our website material is owned by us or used under licence. You may keep a copy for your own reference, retaining any notices, but may not republish or commercially reuse protected material without the relevant permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Ownership of client deliverables is dealt with in the project agreement.

Availability and external services

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance or other operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Cal.com provides the booking calendar; its availability and applicable terms also affect use of that service. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Responsibility and your rights

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that cannot be waived. Liability for paid work will be addressed in the relevant service agreement, subject to applicable law.

Privacy, changes and concerns

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, and our cookie policy explains browser storage and the calendar. We may revise these website terms; the date above identifies this version. Updates do not retrospectively alter an agreed service contract.
